Terrestrial media sources today have leaked information into a covert operation conducted between 31 October 2008 and 11 Decemeber 2008 in the Belfast, Maine, United States of America, Terra. Amber B Cummings and her minor daughter were being severely physically and verbally abused by our party under observation 35 year old James G Cummings. The Laal Hethri were tipped by a construction worker in a local tavern that James Cummings worked with a variety of materials that could be used to build an explosive and that the man possessed numerous artifacts from the Third Reich of Germany.
These facts were verified by other field agents from the Directat Javeth Nathux operating behind a Chinese Wall. Authorization was given to seek Ms Cummings out in her dreams on 2 November 2008 after a two day surveillance showed the brutality of James Cummings both toward his nine year old daughter and his wife. In the first contact and examination of memories, Ms Cummings showed the analysts recording several instances of sexual abuse and chemicals and packaging carrying radioactive materials. This data was taken to a meeting of the Imperial Security Council and HRH Ang'ki Hoor I signed off on the action order on 27 November 2008.

Regarding the radiological materials found in the Cummings home by the terrestrial law enforcemen, scans of the minds of his wife and daughter point to either New York of Washington, D.C., as his likely targets as they both have large black communities and bigotry was James Cummings' motive for killing.
